Scott Tsuchiyama

I'm a Design and Product leader with 15+ years experience, including 10 years leading and managing multidisciplinary teams. My favorite days involve coaching leaders and designers to grow their skills, and supporting as they push themselves to produce their best work. I'm just as comfortable defining and driving experience strategy as I am getting into the details to hold a high bar for quality.

I love planting a flag in the future to help my team visualize where we could be, then getting pragmatic about how to step toward that vision, learning and adjusting along the way. I'm currently VP of Design at Everfi, leading the team responsible for designing education's missing learning layer.
