I build the foundations that let teams do their best work, embedding design judgment that changes how an organization makes decisions, not just what it ships. Across 15 years leading consumer and enterprise products, I've found that design teams earn influence the same way trust gets built: through consistency, clarity, and a connection between the work and the outcomes the business cares about. I'm equally at home in the weeds of a design review as in a conversation about business strategy, and believe that moving between those layers without losing the thread is most of the job.

Right now I'm VP of Design at Everfi, leading a multidisciplinary team building financial education experiences for millions of learners and thousands of financial institutions across the US and Canada.
