I believe a strong design practice changes how a company makes decisions, not just what it ships.

Getting there comes down to foundations: a discovery practice that shapes the roadmap, an operating model where design, product, and engineering own an end-to-end experience together, and a clear line from the work to the outcomes the business measures. Building them is work at every altitude. I'm as at home in the weeds of a design review as in a conversation about business strategy, and moving between those layers without losing the thread is the hardest and best part of the job.

I'm currently VP of Design at Everfi, leading a multidisciplinary team that builds financial education for 6.5M learners and 1,000+ banks and credit unions across the US and Canada.
